A one-time clean covers the whole home at surface level and gets it presentable fast. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, mirrors, trash. It works when the house has been kept up reasonably well and just needs a reset before people walk in the door.
A deep cleaning goes after the parts that build up over months. Inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, window tracks, vents, grout, behind and under furniture. If nobody has cleaned properly in six months or more, or if spring breakup has ground mud into every entry surface, book the deep clean instead. It takes longer and costs more, and you will notice the difference. If the house is empty and you are handing over keys, move-out cleaning is the right fit, and short-term rental hosts should look at Airbnb turnover cleaning instead. Not sure which one you need? We schedule as fast as we have an opening, and sometimes that opening is tomorrow. We are not going to promise a crew is free today, because that would be a promise we cannot keep in October when aurora season visitors arrive or in the week before Thanksgiving. What we can promise is a straight answer on the phone about the earliest date we actually have.
Three or four days of notice is usually enough. A week is comfortable. Two weeks is smart during the holidays and during summer visitor season. A few things make a fast turnaround possible on our end: we bring all our own supplies and equipment, we quote over the phone without needing an in-person walkthrough first, and our booking line takes requests around the clock so your request is waiting when the schedule opens up. Flexibility on your side helps too. If you can take a morning or an afternoon rather than one exact hour, your odds of getting in this week go up a lot.
